Just like the Australian 'Dingo', our products are hardy and durable without any fuss. As for the 'Red', there is not much more iconic to Australia than the red sands of our desert plains.

Ordering
Do I need to register to make a purchase?
You do not need to register with an account to make a purchase. To make a purchase without an account, select ‘checkout as guest’ at the checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
Orders placed on the Red Dingo website are available by delivery only. Red Dingo products are available from many pet specialty stores and veterinary clinics - we recommend you contact your local store and ask if they stock our products, or contact your country's distributor to find a nearby retailer.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if we receive your request before fulfilment of your order commences. As our tags are personalised products, cancellations after tags have been engraved are not possible. For more on cancellations & returns, please read our Returns Policy.
Can I change my tag engraving?
The engraving on an ID tag can only be changed before it has been processed. We typically process ID tag orders through our website within 24 hours. To change your engraving please contact us as soon as possible.
I have received my ID tag, but the engraving is incorrect.
Mistakes happen – if it is our fault, please complete a Tag Correction Form and we will organise a replacement ID tag to be sent to you at no charge. If the engraving details have been submitted to us incorrectly, a new ID tag needs to be purchased. Please thoroughly check your engraving details before ordering.
The product I want is out of stock
If an item is "Out of Stock" we should have more on the way. If an item shows as "Unavailable Online" it means we do not stock this item and it is unlikely to be in stock soon.
What does "Unavailable Online" mean?
If an item shows as "Unavailable Online" it means we do not currently stock this item in our warehouse. If you would like to purchase one of these products, please visit your nearest pet supplies store or online retailer and enquire if they have it available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express card payment, and Paypal. We do not store your payment information and it is processed securely by Braintree (Paypal).
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. You will receive email notifications from us with status updates for your order. Delivery times estimates are shown at the checkout once you have selected your preferred shipping method.
ID tags sent to US addresses via USPS mail may take 7-10 business days to arrive at the moment.
Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico
Please note that orders being delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico via a paid shipping method may take up to 15 business days to arrive. ID tags sent via free mail can take up to 30 business days to arrive. These orders are sent from Seattle and are subject to additional processing times.
Where do you ship from?
Orders being sent to Europe, Middle East and Africa are sent from Austria. Orders being sent to Canada, North and South America are sent from Seattle, USA. Orders being sent to Asia Pacific are sent from Sydney, Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight and destination. You can view an estimated shipping price for your items in the cart.
I ordered multiple items, will my order arrive together?
Yes, your order will be shipped with all items as one. If your item contains a personalised item (e.g. ID tag) it may take us an additional business day to pack your order.
My order hasn’t arrived!
If the specified shipping time frame for your country has passed, please contact us quoting the order number in your confirmation email, or from your order form receipt.
Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?
We accept returns for non-personalised items purchased through the Red Dingo website if they are in unused condition with packaging still attached. Please see our Returns Policy page to find out more. Personalised products are not eligible for returns.

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased in store?
If you purchased a Red Dingo product through one of our retailers, either in store or online, you must arrange a refund or exchange with them directly.
Can I exchange for a different colour or size?
If you purchased an item from us, you can exchange it for a different colour or size within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
I was sent the wrong item
If we have sent you an incorrect item by mistake, we will do everything we can to get the item you purchased to you. Please contact us referencing your order number.

Where are your products made?
Our products have been made in our own facilities in China since 2005. Production in China has allowed us to achieve very high quality manufacturing and also provided us with a central location for distributing products to customers worldwide.
Where are your products designed?
Red Dingo products are designed and tested in Sydney, Australia. All products are thoroughly tested on our own pets before going to production.
Can I submit a product idea?

I have a faulty product
We are passionate about pet safety, if your product is faulty please stop using it and contact us immediately.
What is the warranty for Red Dingo products?
At a minimum, our product warranty is in accordance with your local consumer laws. Some of our items come with an extended warranty period - to read more check out Our Guarantee page.
How do I adjust a collar?
Locate the adjustment slider on your collar or harness. Next, ‘push’ the webbing from one side to create a loop of excess webbing inside the adjuster. Then ‘pull’ the excess webbing out the other side. This method is much easier than sliding the adjuster and less likely to damage the webbing.
How do I attach an ID tag to a collar or harness?
Our ID tags come with a stainless steel split-ring included. If you have difficulty opening the split-ring you can use a pair of split-ring pliers, or staple remover to help.
